Want to add / argue a particular rule? Maybe it's causing problems and people are getting into trouble over small things,

maybe add a rule for staff to not ban/kick/punish other staff members of same or higher rank.

nah because sometimes an abusive admin might need to be kicked by a good mod, and mods should be trusted to moderate eachother

Yes but some players have the fun of banning other staff members. Even if they break nlr or rdm they will still kick or ban which is stupid. Only ban or kick if they break a rule such as. noclip, random phys gun, tp, goto, bring etc.

Actually smithy, you and other staff are not above the server rules, you will still be kicked for breaking NLR, RDM, ect... abusing such as noclip, phys gun, ect.... will most likely result in demotion.

I want a zero tolerance rule on racism. I'd like nothing more then to ban someone who is making fun of any ones nationality.

We already do have that policy, when someone is racist, if we have proof, they can't defend from it, there's no excuse it's just instant ban
