This is a write-up of the basic rank structure, and how the system is going to work.
A simplified explanation of the system:
The system is to protect everybody, of all ranks, to ensure we all know where we are in the server, who we are above, below or equal to
this will stop petty arguements between staff, it will stop abuses of power from the staff and overall improve the experience of the average player.
The system will change slightly, I will update it as often as I can, use common sense, if you are a player and you see a Moderator asking you to do something,
respect him and his decision, likewise if you are a moderator and a fellow moderator asks you a favour, treat him as your equal.
I will rain pain on members of staff who act as though they are better than other players, you are all players, some of you have been given responsibilities
through hard work and dedication to the server, that does not entitle you to respect, earn it, treat everybody equal to yourself, and respect those higher rank than you.
Read and learn these basic principles I have written, understand them and follow them and you will reach a high rank, and you will prosper here.
