give a warning (2 for NLR and 1 for RDM 0 for racism the rest 2 warnings) then if continue then a kick if they join and continue then a ban (RDM = 1H NLR = 30M-1H RACISM = PERMABAN OTHER = 30MINS)
Why do you think you would be a good Administrator:
I have got a lot of experience and I know a lot of ppl on the server
Why do you want to be an Administrator?
To help the server and keep it from being over run by assholes
What qualifications/ skills do you possess that make you fit for the job?:
I don't crack under pressure I'm active quite a lot and if I'm really stuck ill ask another member of staff to help me
Why should we employ you?: Because I want to help us improve and progress threw time and stop ppl from leaving because of dip-**** rule breakers
