Give them a warning on the first violation and then ban them if they break the rule again.
Why do you think you would be a good Moderator?:
Because i am always on the game i found out about it like 1 week ago and I am good with dealing with stuff that's inappropriate.

:Because I thoroughly enjoy playing garry's mod and being a moderator will help me enforce the rules and get better at the game
What qualifications/ skills do you possess that make you fit for the job?: I can understand the language, also i am fair and polite which will help me in many situations and i am also mature
Why should we employ you?:I will not lose my temper in a argument unless someone makes a personnel insult to me or a fellow moderator/admin
